An independent journal published at Lafayette College, Easton PA
The Vid offered alternative journalism and creative works by students of Lafayette College. It was also notable as a central player in a protest movement against large tuition increases, and a successful resistance against a censorship attempt by the college administration. It was born on 10/21/1990, the first issue was published on 11/2/1990, and it ran aground in the mid 1990's.

If you are a former contributor to The Vid, dig around in your shoeboxes and birdcages for floppy disks and old issues.
